Notice of exclusive rights of Jintong name and products
This declaration is made by the CEO and directors of Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd, a Company legally registered in China and the only legal user of the Jintong name and the owners of the Jintong registered trademark and patents, awarded and pending.
Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd. Declares that no one is to use their Name, Trademark or Patent rights without written permission from the Company.
It has come to our notice that someone is using the name Jintong Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd. WITHOUT our permission and has opened a showroom in the Guangzhou business centre. This illegal behaviour is damaging our company and we declare the following:
1. Jintong has only ONE address which is 602 F/6 Section B Zhenxing industrial Building Number 3Minghuanji, Jinxiu Road Guangzhou Economic and Technical Development District (GETDD) The Factory and Sales department is located at this address and nowhere else.
2. Ms. Sindy Tang is our only sales manager, replacing Mr.Victor Zhang. Ms Sindy Tang will handle ALL affairs of Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd.
3. Mr. Victor Zhang has not been associated with Jintong since September 19 2006 when his employment was terminated. Any activities of Mr Victor Zhang are NOT sanctioned by Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd.
4. Ms. Ally Lu's employment was terminated on September 29 2006 and any dealings with this person is NOT sanctioned by Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd.
5. Jintong (Guangzhou) Medical & Health Care Products Co. Ltd. Will not accept any responsibility for any dealing made by the above person. And claims for damages will not be accepted by this Company.
